12/31/2003 McADAMS -- Larry D., beloved son, brother and uncle has left this earth to go to his final resting place. Larry was born January 5, 1972 in Tulsa were he lived his entire life until December 29, 2003 when he quietly passed away. Larry leaves behind his father and mother, Jack and Linda McAdams of Broken Arrow; sister, Teri Higgs of Tulsa, her husband, Nigel and daughters, Ashley, Sophie and Haley; brother, Jack of Texas, his wife, Rhonda and daughters, Natalie and Amy; brother, David of Broken Arrow, his wife, Fonda, daughter, Montana and stepsons, Dillon and Austin; brother, Mark of Tulsa, his wife, Ann, son, Ryan and daughter, Devin. Larry will be put to rest during a graveside service at Floral Haven, Friday, January 2 at 9:30 a.m. A memorial will be held at the Inola Christian Church (Hwy 412 and Inola exit) at 11:30 a.m. following the burial. The family has asked instead of flowers to please make donations in the name of Larry McAdams to Catholic Charities located at 739 N. Denver, Tulsa 74106. Floral Haven, 252-2518

Jacqueline Downing Clackler

Larry was a great friend. He and I actually did alot of talking about 'religion', 'lifestyles', and being true to one's self. He was SMART! A deep thinker and he always remembered my freakin b-day...lol. We started out as friends at Carl Sandberg, elementary school. He and I always would go weeks, months without talking and then boom, off to the mall, in exchange of him coming to church with me a fews times, we would go. He always made me 'feel good' about NOT ever sticking to one group of peers--ty Larry.

Chris Andoe

Larry was a character. He was a magician who wore three piece suits and flashy jewelry as a Senior in high school (when I met him) and he loved to tell tall tales.

He worked at Spotlight Magic near 21st and 117th in high school. I ran in to him out on the town a few times after high school and he would tell me about his grandiose plans over drinks.

Larry was a unique and wildly entertaining man.
