I don't understand what you guys are talking about... Jake was a serious student and very serious about all aspects of learning and being the best student he possibly could =)

I don't think he even liked 'metal' music...

Well Jake, I think I actually witnessed you and....was it Matt Tanner?? selling your souls to the devil while the class was presenting their book reports....or maybe I was just overcome by the giggling and the strange smoke smell coming off your clothing!!!!!HeHeHe

Jake Payne

I sold my soul long before I met Matt =p

The only thing I really remember about Matt was that he used to put cigarettes out on his tongue... And you guys thought I was freaky.

As for the "strange smell" on my clothing I don't know what you're speaking of. I only hung out in the smoke hole because that's where all my metal head friends hung out =) Must've been like a contact smell or something.

I've still got L & C yearbooks. Somewhere I even have some from Kerr, if they haven't turned to dust by now.

Jake Payne - Hello Mane (That's ATL style) LOL. I'm glad to see you've dusted yourself and your bong off and risen from the dead. How the hell are you???

Breedidge - What ya been up to lately yourself?

Who knows where Gary C is these days? I used to get pretty tickled by him too. Kim?

Amuck, Caremen. I've been amuck!
Really, life keeps me busy! I have a great family, job, just living life out here in BA. How about U? Speaking of Cacy.....yes, he did give us a ton of great laughs!
He had that obnoxious sense of humor only he could pull off. Hmmmm, maybe he will get on the board and post something sometime?????

New Testament Challenge
LifeGroup

This event is planned to start at 10:45 am on Feb 22, 2009 at East Central High School and LifeGroup Locations.

What would ChristLife look like three months from now if everyone who attended completed the challenge to read through the entire New Testament together?

What if Pastor taught the major themes of The New Testament on Sundays, while the congregation simultaneously studied the New Testament verse by verse throughout the week together in LifeGroups and learned the excitement of serving and growing and reaching new people together?

In the next few weeks Pastor Jeff Anderson will put this challenge to you... Get Ready to be Transformed... from the Inside Out.

This is just a friendly reminder that this Thursaday is the open house out at the Stokely Event Center (10111 East 45th Place, Tulsa OK 74146). Map Below.

Come out and check out the most unique and entertaining event center in Tulsa. While you are there take advantage of the vendors displaying their food, drink and services. This is also a great opportunity for networking with a vast array of businesses.

Before you leave make sure that you stop by and say hello - just head for the casino tables.

I realize that not everyone is located in the Tulsa Metro area, but feel free to pass this along to your local branches to have them stand in for you.

I look forward to seeing you all Thursday, and if you have any questions feel free to reply to the email or give me a call. Kerry JacksonHigh Energy Productions918.251.4950www.highenergylive.com

Ok...motor-mouth is back....

My girls found my elementary yearbooks and wanted to look through them. When we came across the autographs one clearly stuck out....

Loverboy sucks and Michael Jackson is #1
this lovely entry was from David Tilley.

A BUNCH of you disney boys were huge MJ followers. I wonder if you can still do the moonwalk?

Does anyone remember going to Skate World and skating to the "Sugar Hill Gang"? I can't remember the name of the song.....

I am gald that I could contribute to all of your entertainment. I am glad to know how obnoxious I was. I think I am still the same if you ask those around me. Now a days most don't appreciate it like you did..HA

Gary, I would still appreciate it. I still have the same obnoxious streak too. I've gotten better at controlling it but it still sneaks out at inappropriate times. When I'm with friends...I'm still kinda the same.

I just wanted to mention that some of the alumni have planned wonderful reunions in the fall with a football game as part of the festivities. I think this would be a fun way to get out and support the Fighting Cardinals who, by the way, have been having winning teams quite regularly this decade.

I also like that idea... I think we'll have a meeting of the minds.. and see what Stokley has available next year.. that will determine alot.. also.. need to see the EC football schedule for 2010.. anyone have it readily available?

Tracy, just to let you know I tried from the beginning of this year to get my hands on the 2009 football schedule, and it was not available until almost mid-May, and even then she said it was tentative. I got my info from the TPS website:
Murphy, Cheryl (ESC) [MurphCh@tulsaschools.org]

We are trying to get together before the holidays and we are going to be meeting this Friday Dec 18 at McNellie's (http://mcnellies.com/). We will probably meet around 6-6:30 and just hang out. If you are in town and can make it it would be nice to see you all. If you could let us know if you are going to make it that might be helpful as well. (If we have a lot show up we may need a reservation.) You can contact HeJin or you can just reply to me and I will forward it on to her.

I hope that you all have a great holiday season. Please be safe out there.
